Lettings and Facilities

Tadcaster Grammar School has an extensive range of facilities available for hire. We can accommodate requests from clubs, businesses, individuals or groups. Along with sports facilities, we offer a range of rooms and facilities which can be used for training, conferences, events and productions.

Bookings

Tadcaster Swimming Pool Trust is happy to announce our new grounds management scheme, working with Tadcaster Grammar School to provide accessible facility bookings to the community. We offer an extensive range of facilities for hire over two sites in Tadcaster. We can accommodate requests from clubs, businesses, individuals and groups.

Sports Facilities

  • Sand Based Hockey Pitch (full size) – ideal for hockey or football. The pitch can be hired in full or in sections.
  • Two Gymnasiums – ideal for five a side football, basketball, netball, badminton & gymnastics
  • Tennis and Netball Courts
  • Football and Rugby Pitches
  • Athletics Track – 400m
  • Cross Country – woodland & field route

Events & Training

  • Main Hall and Stage – capacity 300
  • Conference Rooms – capacity ranges from 14 – 20
  • Classrooms – capacity 32
  • Filming – our school has been used for various productions, with Toulston Lodge being a popular location due to its unique features

Availability

  • School Term Weekdays – 17:30 until 21:00*
  • Weekends – 8:30 until 16:30*
  • School Holidays – 8:30 until 16:30*

*Please note, we may be able to accommodate changes to these times however an additional charge to cover costs may apply. Available times may vary depending on whether an indoor or outdoor facility is used and the availability of Site Team.
