Tadcaster Grammar School has an extensive range of facilities available for hire. Along with sports facilities, including our recently refurbished 400m athletics track (with lighting for the darker months) we offer a range of rooms and facilities which can be used for training, conferences, events and productions.

- Sand based hockey pitch (full size) – ideal for hockey or football. The pitch can be hired in full or in sections.
- Two Gymnasiums – ideal for five a side football, basketball, netball, badminton & gymnastics

- Main Hall and Stage – capacity 300
- Conference Rooms – capacity ranges from 14 – 20
- Classrooms – capacity 32
- Filming – our school has been used for various productions, with Toulston Lodge being a popular location due to its unique features

- School Holidays – 8:30 until 16:30*
*Please note, we may be able to accommodate changes to these times however an additional charge to cover costs may apply. Available times may vary depending on whether an indoor or outdoor facility is used and the availability of Site Team.
