Safeguarding in School

‘Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is everyone’s responsibility. Everyone who comes into contact with children and their families has a role to play in safeguarding children.’
Keeping Children Safe in Education

Tadcaster Grammar School is committed to providing a caring, positive and safe environment in which each student’s welfare is of paramount importance. We promote a climate where students and adults feel confident about sharing any concerns which they may have about their own safety or the well-being of others and a culture that encourages our young people to talk openly, and have the confidence they will be listened to.
